3 men overdue from hike

Shortly before midnight we received a call from Capt. Ray Canova of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department that three young men were overdue from a hike. After a lengthy discussion it was decided to meet at Ann Dolley's house at 0630. While we were in the process of telephoning our members Capt. Canova called again advising us the trio had walked out into Palm Springs.
