Two hikers overdue in snow-storm

During the mid morning while an unusually heavy snow storm was falling in the San Jacinto Mountains we received a call from the Long Valley Ranger Station that two people were overdue from a hike in the mountains. As information was being gathered the pair walked out to Palm Springs where it was even snowing on the desert.
