Group said man, boy-10 and girl-8 looked in trouble and no water

May 25, 1991 Skyline Trail, Tramway to Palm Springs 1991-011

On May 25^th at 8:00 p.m. we were called out to search for a man with a ten year old boy and an eight year old girl. The search was started at the Palm Springs Tramway. Bob Baker, Jimmy Z & Mike Wimbrow took the Tramway to the top and started hiking down the skyline trail, while Henry Negrete & Joe Erickson set off to hike up the same trail from the Desert Museum. Anna Li and I started hiking up Skyline Trail from Ann Dolly’s.

After a full nights searching, it was discovered that the lost party was at home in the comfort of their own beds. After the team hike out, we went to breakfast. And so ends another mission for RMRU.
